I am a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with many years' experience working in the NHS and private sector. I am a dedicated dietitian and have a passion for food and nutrition. I offer a professional, confidential, and evidence-based nutrition service, tailored to the needs of the individual or client. I studied dietetics as a postgraduate at King's College, London, and am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I also have a BSc (Hons) Physiology from the University of St Andrew's, an MSc Nutrition from King's College, London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Coventry University. I am a highly motivated dietitian and have a wide range of clinical experience.
As well as my private work I am currently employed at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust in London where I work as a Specialist Nutrition Support Dietitian. My experience and clinical expertise include allergies and intolerances, cardiovascular disease, coeliac disease, IBS, IBD (Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis), Diabetes, Healthy Eating and General Nutrition, Hypertension Nutrition Support, Obesity and Weight Management, PCOS, Sport Nutrition, Pre and Post-Natal Nutrition, Vitamin and Nutrient Deficiencies.
I have a specialist interest in IBD, IBS and gut disorders and have undergone expert nutrition training in the low FODMAP diet.
I can provide a personalised nutrition service and offer tailored advice to individuals. I consider lifestyle, health and fitness goals, and food preferences to enable clients to achieve their goals and optimise their nutrition, health, and wellbeing. As well as showing sensitivity and empathy, I will always go the extra mile to ensure that the best care is provided.
