Approach
Body stress release is a complimentary health technique that was researched and developed in South Africa in the 1980s by Gail and Ewald Meggersee and is now practised worldwide.
I found Body Stress Release in late 1989, due to a continued search for relief from my own back problems. I had suffered a motor car accident in the 70s. I had also worked for decades in architectural practices, hunched over a drawing board - which didn’t help! From the first sessions of BSR I immediately began to feel relief, and it was so effective, that in 1992 I decided to train as a BSR practitioner.
I brought Body Stress Release to the UK in 1993 and have maintained a constant presence in Westerham treating clients with a wide variety of stress related issues.
Since 1996 I have also been able to help animals; especially horses and dogs.
In 2009 I published a book on my work with horses, called Horses Have Wings, which is available on my website www.lulu.com Anyone looking for further information on this work is invited to have a look at my website www.horseshavewings.com
